My introduction to online marketing started almost 20 years ago. In 2012 I launched a social media department from the ground up for a Fortune 500 company, which quickly grew to over 17,000 followers and multiple 6-figures in revenue -- with no ad spend. Since then I’ve been obsessed with helping brands create deeper relationships with their customers online.

But it hasn’t always been so sweet. The last chapter of my corporate career found me on the floor of my work bathroom, 4 months pregnant, and having my first panic attack. No amount of fancy paychecks or job titles could fix the stress, imbalance, and fear in my life.

That’s when I decided to take the plunge into entrepreneurship, with a big mission on my heart to help other women business owners achieve the freedom and flexibility to live out their dream lives. Lives full of purpose and alignment. It was a rocky road for a while, until I went back to my roots and focused on creating genuine connections on Instagram.
